Open textbooks are becoming increasingly available on a variety of topics. An "Open Textbook" is:
- free, or very nearly free,
- easy to use,
- customizable by the instructor,
- cross-platform compatible,
- printable,
- and accessible so it works with adaptive technology.
This resource guide will provide information about open textbook sites and other sources of open educational resources.
